Becoming irreplaceable

I am a motivational speaker, Trainer and Writer my aim is to motivate people through my presentations and trainings. I am mostly known for the TEDx Talk (Slap!) which was highly received. My Niche is the Art of Public Speaking, where I trained University Faculties, Professors and Many others on Public speaking Skills. Being a frequently requested Motivational speaker I have presented in many Private and Public organizations. Featured in the Obtainer Magazine as a role model and column writer. My dream is to motivate and inspire millions internationally.

I founded "Becoming irreplaceable" with the goal of helping Employees become their best selves, Changing from invisible to becoming irreplaceable finding their strengths, Growing their careers, and reaching their higher potential,
Because of that I also started training leaders on employee experience helping leaders lead a better experience for their employees to have more engaged employees so public speaking and communication are one important part of helping to keep your employees engaged there for public speaking and employee experience training is a combination I used to help organization and employee trip.
